Our Owner:
Having grown up far away from Missoula Montana in Greenwich Connecticut, Shannon Dowling at an early age was fascinated with houses and creating enjoyable places to live. After building his sister’s playhouse in his families back yard at the age of nine with his grandfather, Shannon quickly found out that the joy he saw in his sister’s eyes upon first entering the little house that she could call “Her Own,” he knew that this would be something he would try to replicate later on in his life. Using a paper route from ages 9 – 13, and a job driving members out to their yachts on a launch boat at the New York Athletic Club in the Summers of his 14th and 15th years, Shannon was able to save enough money to purchase his first home in Missoula Montana at the age of 18.
Since then Shannon has gone on to earn his bachelor’s degree at the University of Montana, and pursue his dream of building people their own piece of heaven on earth, here in Missoula.
